Information you choose to share
Inquiry forms collect your name, surname, contact details, country, area of interest and message. Newsletter signup collects your email and express consent. Please do not include patient records or sensitive medical information.
Why we use it
We use inquiries to respond to equipment and service requests. Newsletter addresses are used only for opted-in updates. Hosting and SMTP providers may process this information to deliver these services.
Retention and your choices
The client must confirm retention periods, lawful bases, processing locations and a deletion process before launch. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of newsletter consent or deletion by contacting our team.
Cookies
Essential cookies protect forms and authenticated admin sessions. Your preference for dismissing this notice is saved in your browser. This site does not include analytics or advertising trackers.
Optional AI assistant
If you choose to use our AI assistant and agree to message processing, your messages and recent conversation context are sent through our server to an AI service provider to generate a response. Do not share patient records or sensitive personal information. NMS does not save chat transcripts in its database; the conversation remains in memory while the chat is open and is cleared when closed. The AI service provider may process requests under its own terms and data policies. The client must confirm provider terms, processing locations and retention arrangements before launch. The assistant provides general company and equipment information, not medical advice, and cannot book appointments or submit inquiries.
